QC/Technical Support There are 2 ways to gauge product quality: scientifically, as average quality level and standard deviation form means. The second measure is aesthetic: how a fabric feels to the touch and garment looking. Both measures are vital. The successful achievement results from our passionate attention to detail. Our team of seasoned quality inspectors, trained as per client's specific standards, know the look and feel for fine quality. Our team of products technicians with technical expertise, help our clients to build in their merchandise. QC Staff 5 to 9 Procedures/testing Details 1)Original sample analysis: research and analyze the original sample, prepare documents for possible problems, send to you for confirmation and put on records. 2)Confirmed sample identification: after the sample is confirmed, make samples according to the original one, then send again for confirmation. 3)Inspect all working processes, find problems and amend them at once. 4)Inspect the amended products before confirming. 5)Open delivery note and prepare documentation after finishing the order. Check documentation details and spot check products. Other Information We always pass SGS / ITS test when customer need. Workshop
